From Wind and Vine

In the land of Alveterra, there were four elf tribes, and four elements; air, fire, water, and nature. Each tribe had its own element, and from that element power would arise. Ilaria Olgven, a much detested half-blood elf, has just turned 17, and on this day, she will get her abilities from her tribe’s power source, the Avlus Tree. But right after the incantation, something goes wrong. Instead of giving the Vulgo tribe good magic, the tree curses them. To find the cure, Ilaria has to lie, cheat and betray, for the greater good of her world.
