A two-tier affiliate program is a marketing model that allows affiliates to earn commissions not only on their own sales but also on the sales of other affiliates they refer to the program. In other words, affiliates who join a two-tier program have the opportunity to earn commissions not only for their own efforts but also for the efforts of those they recruit.
