Artificial Intelligence: Inception and Emerging Technologies

Artificial Intelligence - Inception, Technological Evolution, Examining AI Models, Current Trends, and Future Projections: This module serves to instruct learners in Artificial Intelligence technology, from the early era of AI inception (including notable figures and dates in AI history) up through AI’s technological evolution (from 70Kb in 1957 to baked-in AI features in 2024) to the various AI models available (the four types: limited, reactive, self-aware, theory of mind) and continuing to current trends (Spam filters, Google’s AphaGo, Bing’s AI, Netflix’s searches) while intellectually positing future possibilities. Zak Standridge graduated from St. Louis University in 2000 with an Applied Science Degree in Computer Network Administration with Honors. Alongside decades of Information Technology experience, Zak also holds a Teaching Certificate and is a multiple-award-winning science fiction author.
