Gary Pignatello started his career in the Newark, NJ School System. He founded an innovative private school for disabled students that operated collaboratively with, and within, the public schools of New Jersey and is currently the director of a private school for students with disabilities. He is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, an avid fan of John Dewey, and a high school dropout. Dr. Pignatello holds state certifications as Teacher of the Handicapped, Social Worker, Supervisor, Principal, and Superintendent, as well as a Ph.D. in Biblical Egyptology.
