Suzy-Jane Tanner grew up and studied in London and Paris. After graduation, she worked as a studio artist for Walt Disney Productions in London before concentrating on children's illustration. Since then she had written and/ or illustrated around a hundred books for young children which have been translated into fourteen languages. Titles include the 'Bunnies & Bears' series (David Bennett Books) the 'Fred & Ursulina' and 'Nursery Elephant' series (Hutchinson Children's Books) Tinyflock Nursery School (HarperCollins, USA) and 'Socrates' (Filippo Editore, Italy), all of which are available as eBooks, along with 'Beary Tales'. Her illustrations have also been used as greeting cards, giftwrap, prints and wallpaper murals. Suzy-Jane has exhibited in UK (most recently as part of the Bath Festival of Children's Literature) and abroad, including a one woman show of her illustrations staged by Global Arts Link.
