Carmen holds a bachelor’s degree in health information management and master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in health-care management. She maintains various certifications and credentials in her field and is a subject matter expert in epilepsy, its symptoms, treatments and management. She is a caring volunteer, passionate advocate and woman of faith who believes in pushing for the best for family while trying to make a difference in the world.
