I am a retired Librarian, born in St.Helens, Lancashire. UK (home of the famous Rugby League team), and share a quiet retirement with my husband of 45 years, Kevin. In the early 60's I attended Cowley Girls'Grammar, St.Helens. Dragon Magic is my first book and was inspired by my niece and nephews (aka The Tribe) I like pastel painting, particularly portraits and animals, and have a website showcasing my work, which Kevin designed. (see my links BELOW) As a keen quilter, I am a member of two local quilting groups and a crafts group. I love animals but only have one pet at the moment, an adopted black cat called Topsy. We have visited New York, Nevada, Arizona, California and New England (thanks to my brother's generosity!) - plus Spain and Portugal. Kevin and I adore America, and hope that fate will allow us to return some day.
