Vincent M. Messbarger, M.D. is a Board-Certified Anesthesiologist, first-time author, father of six and grandfather of five. His first novel, The Hanson Trilogy-Book One: The Hanson Legacy is best described as a sci-fi/techno-thriller. Inspiration for the novel came from a life-long fascination with exobiology and the UFO phenomenon. His first professional experience with the subject came when he worked as a photographic technician for a well known researcher in the field. Formal training in the medical sciences, military service and countless hours studying black projects and their facilities helped bring all the necessary elements together to construct a highly believable story of a well hidden and very extraordinary arms race to reverse-engineer extraterrestrial technology before our enemies do, terrestrial or otherwise. Dr. Messbarger and his family live in a rural, midwest setting. He enjoys the outdoors, scuba diving and, of course, writing.
