A degree qualified engineer with over 40 years successful experience in UK and Europe either in line management or consultancy to over 150 companies across many sectors of industry, including Aerospace, Automotive, Nuclear, FMCG, Chemical, Construction, Manufacturing and Procurement, Precision Engineering and Public sector. Over 20 years have been in consultancy providing support to both small and large organisations, specialising in quality, engineering and project management delivery, with a mix of management training, problem solving and other part time/interim roles to help the Directors or owner managers achieve their business and personal objectives, especially Quality of Life. Experience of working at the strategic, operational and process levels of many organisations has enabled the author to help senior management with their own business planning, operational development, and ongoing continuous improvement using the basics of common sense Best Practice.
