Originally from a small town near the Russian border, this Canadian author had always a passion for fine arts. Writing has come to her very naturally in her teenage years. Starting off with poetry and song writing, she has then moved on to a greater project. Writing a novel was since the very beginning a challenge that she had set for herself. English not being her mother tongue, it has taken her 10 years to master the language well enough to complete her first novel, Mask. During these 10 years, the events that have taken place in her life were the sources to her inspiration. By all means, the story was also a reflection of her life's evolution.
