Beth Schaefer is an author, editor, writing professor, and indie publisher. Her indie publishing company, Books on a Whim, is based in Evanston, Illinois and was founded in 2015. Since its inception, Beth has published half a dozen books across genres that include human interest, children's literature, humor, illustration, and education.
