Jackie was born and raised in Fayetteville, Tennessee and graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in 1964. She was blessed to have known Christ from an early age and her poems are reflective of her daily walk with Him. Jackie was married for 40 years to Dennie Welsh. She has three children, nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She has had a lifelong love of poetry and her work has been enjoyed by many. This book is a collection of some of her favorite work.
