Joseph Gustavus Wilburn is a native of Atlanta, Georgia. He served in the United States Marine Corps. He obtained his B.B.A., and M.S., in Finance from Georgia State University, College of Business Administration, and his J.D. from Georgia State University, College of Law. For several years, Joseph worked for the U.S.D.A as a Financial Specialist. He practiced transactional law in the metro Atlanta area for many years. He currently resides in Antigua and Barbuda with his wife, Barbara, and his dog, Junebug.
