Justine Alley Dowsett is the self-published author of Neo Central and the Crimson Winter trilogy. She lives in Windsor, Ontario, with her niece Vanessa, husband and editor Robert, and the multitude of pets that they call family. When she is not writing she can be found sword-fighting, role-playing and designing costumes. Currently she is working on Mirror's Hope, a dark fantasy romance novel for adults.
