Mahriah Schmidt was born & raised in Tempe, AZ on June 7, 1983. She began writing her Debut Novel "The Immortal Dead: The Prophecy" on December 25, 2008 and finished in June of 2010. She plans on writing two sequels, "The Immortal Dead: The Betrayal" & "The Immortal Dead: Part 3 (still untitled)" Mahriah's favorite authors include Stephenie Meyer, P.C. Cast, Maggie Stiefvater, Kami Garcia & M. Stohl. Mahriah currently resides in Mesa, AZ with her husband Kevin and daughters McKenna and Harper.
