About
Paul Lister
Paul Lister is the prize winning author of the short story, A Crashed Rainbow. He majored in Applied Physics at Lancashire Polytechnic, just as it had an identity crisis and became UCLAN. He obtained his post graduate qualification from the University of Lancaster, which is still the University of Lancaster, the last time he checked. He’s happily married with two energetic sons, whom he considers amongst his best friends. He’s Head of Science at a successful secondary school in the beautiful island of Jersey. When he’s not teaching he enjoys reading, writing, cycling and being with his family. In his spare time he tends to an overgrown corner of garden, charitably referred to as a vegetable patch. Not long ago he completed his first marathon in an unremarkable time. He’s wildly optimistic any future attempt will be under four hours. Training starts tomorrow.
