Philip Harrison was born in Brickendon, a small village in Hertfordshire, in 1962.He attended Middlesex Polytechnic from 1985-1988 where he gained a degree in English Literature and Psychology. He took his Post Graduate Certificate of Education at Nottingham University in 1990.He has taught for two decades in Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire and Essex.
