WgWl is not of this planet. He is a demi-god from Heaven on a planet called Glob. On Glob he was a Scribbiner, a demi-god of Heaven who recorded all important events and salient details of the planet’s geo-political structures for Heaven’s Central Library. It was on a routine fact-finding mission that he fell asleep at the controls of his transporter pod and only woke up when he was in the next universe, and couldn’t find the turning to get back to Glob. Being semi-divine he was not able to die by just falling to sleep, so it came as a shock when he crashed landed on Earth at a (music or somesuch) festival somewhere in Britain. While staggering around trying to get his bearings, his transporter pod was stolen by an investment banker who was desperate for the toilet. To finance his search for his transporter or return to Glob by other means, WgWl has started publshing popular legends from his home planet.
