About

For years I'd been permanently using my overdraft to meet my bills, spending money and having little to show for it. When I first tried to sort my finances out nine years ago I hadn't a clue. When I 'found myself' pregnant back in 2007 I went to the CAB for advice, which was useful, but it wasn't enough for me. I then experimented with a number of approaches, including debtors anonymous and NLP. The more I learnt about money the more I realised that I couldn't heal my finances without addressing my relationship issues. What did I feel I deserved to receive and what did I feel I had to give? The entire experience has been so transformative that I felt moved to write about it, to pass it on. The approach I developed is designed to harness your natural motivations, teach you practical money management skills, help you master your emotions and your money and ultimately to aid you to live the life you desire.
