The skill that makes Adam Spencer the perfect author of the subject of this book is that he is, in part, the “Green Zone Kicker”. In 2002 he lived in Pittsburgh. He was thinking one day how could he become a player. So he decided to build a contraption to hold the ball. He would go to local college fields and try to systematically develop a field goal kicking skill set that would allow him, at least, a walk-on try out. In 2003 he was called to duty for the war in Iraq by the 99th RSC out of Corapolis, PA and had to leave these dreams behind. But because he knows people would enjoy the idea of the "Green Zone Kicker", he decided in 2011 to make it a kick-joyable fictional story to be published and shared.
