Thomas Tolman is a writer, speaker, and creator of The 7 Gears Program that focuses on leadership, high-performance business collaboration, and personal growth. Born and raised in Colorado, Tom began a career in radio and television broadcasting, then into public safety communications as Director of national projects. He has led multiple award-winning programs through the University of Denver Research Institute and other national initiatives. Tom has authored numerous research-based works and has served as a guest presenter for IT industry associations, the FCC, the U.S. State House and Senate, The National Press Club, and various universities. He holds a B.S. in Business Management and a Master’s degree in Technology Management from the University of Denver.
