About
Thomas Alan Ebelt
Thomas Alan Ebelt gathered his writing material from his experiences living twenty years in New Mexico. Relocating from Michigan as a young man, he quickly came under the spell of the majestic desert landscapes and Native American cultures. He found the ancient pueblo ruins to be especially fascinating. He traveled throughout the region and the reservation lands, and those images stayed with him when he returned to Michigan several years later. He decided to use them as background for a series of novels. Incorporating his other interests, such as being a fan of early comic books and science fiction magazines of the 1930s, he developed his stories around the tumultuous times of America’s Depression era leading up to WWII.
