Bourny
Yves Bourny has been long ago a professional accordionist in rural France, a psychologist, a trainer, a DJ and an officer in the Navy. When he saw what was happening "out there," he turned to humanitarian work. He has worked for the last 20 years for several humanitarian organizations, with governments and the United Nations in Asia and in Africa. He is now living in Cambodia. Yves has received several literary awards in France for short novels. His main and second book ‘No Rohingya’ comes after 10 years living in Burma and his desire to draw the attention on the fate of the Rohingya minority living at the Bangladeshi border. .The first one ‘Taliban Pastis’ is set in Afghanistan under the Taliban, where he lived in the 90's.
