First I would like to thank you for the interest in my book. I took these photographs at the Santa Clara Mission Cemetery in Santa Clara, California in May of 2010. I was lucky enough to happen upon a burial after the family said their last goodbye's and was allowed the take some up-close shots. The groundskeepers were very respectful and polite. (Don't worry, I waited until the family had gone before I snapped away at grandma's casket.)
