Alan Simons
Born and educated in London, England, Alan L. Simons worked for various British newspapers before emigrating to Canada during the Trudeau era, where he established an advertising and communications company. On the diplomatic scene, he served as Honorary Consul, Canada, for the Republic of Rwanda from 1996 to 2000. After living in Amsterdam for several years, he returned to Toronto, where he is now working on his third book. In 2010, his memoir titled Eighteen Months - A Love Story Interrupted was published by Now & Then Books Toronto. Eighteen Months is also available as an eBook.
