Antony Last lives in London, England. 'One Man and LEJOG' is his first completed work, a day-by-day account of his cycle ride from Lands End to John O'Groats, undertaken in May 2010. Having run the Flora London Marathon in 2008 and cycled end-to-end he is now planning for his next challenge to take on in 2012. Watch this space...
