Dr. Allen is tasked with changing the trajectory of the lowest-performing schools in districts and averting government takeover. As a respected educator, Dr. Allen participated in a round-table discussion with former President George W. Bush on the status of public education. He was an invited speaker at state TESOL, STEM, Science and Math Conferences as well as the NSTA and NCTM Conferences. Dr. Allen is a highly regarded published author, having conducted extensive research in academic-enhancing teaching strategies and programs. He has dedicated his life to improving education and providing academic equality to at-risk students.
