Ms. Bac worked at a mental health institution in New York State and holds both a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Adult Education, as well as several professional certifications. As the former Director of Labor Relations and Associate Director of Human Resources Management for over twenty-five years, Ms. Bac advocated for New York State in Arbitration, Disciplinary, and Grievance Proceedings, including Unemployment and Workers' compensation benefits, and investigated EEOC and Human Rights Complaints. Ms. Bac is also a New York State Certified Management Training Specialist and a Special Investigator in workplace and patient abuse issues. Since 2005, Ms. Bac has been a Certified Florida Supreme Court, County, Family, Civil/Circuit Mediator and Arbitrator. She is a Licensed Mediator for the Florida Department of Financial Services Mediation Program and a Licensed Independent Adjuster for DFS.
