Fine art photographer Brenda Tharp has participated in group and solo shows throughout the west and online for several years. She has been a photography educator in the form of workshops and seminars for over 30 years, and her images have been published widely in magazines, books, paper products and websites. Her books, Creative Nature and Outdoor Photography, Extraordinary Everyday Photography, and Expressive Nature Photography have been popular with photographers of all skills and genres. Brenda's work evokes a love for nature - and exhibits a sensitive to the design within nature, i.e. the lines, patterns, shapes and textures – and she strives to express that passion through her composition, and use of light, gestures, and moments in time. She has placed in the Top 100 and Top 250 in NANPA's annual Showcase competition, and has won several other awards over the years.
