Molly Venzke is a freelance writer, speaker and actor. The idea for Caged was birthed from her passion to not only bring awareness about human trafficking and its prevalence in our everyday society, but also to help fund organizations that are on the front lines, fighting to end this modern-day slavery. Caged was produced under the umbrella of traffickingHOPE.com, and 100% of its proceeds will go towards these anti-trafficking organizations. This book is the first of a trilogy, and while she has ghostwritten many non-fiction books, this is the author's first novel. She resides in the Seattle area with her husband and children.
