Ellen Lee is a Certified Life Success Coach, Owner of EXL Creative, (www.exlcreative.com) a creative services company, and an Improv Comedian. She combines her talents and creativity to help people achieve their goals and live more joyful lives. She has been an Improv Comedian since 1999 and has performed with several improv troupes throughout her career. With a background in management and training, Ellen has trained audiences including young children to CEOs. She has also received several Teaching Excellence Awards throughout her career at a Top Ten Business School. Ellen graduated with honors with both a Master of Science in Human Resource Management & a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington. Ellen also has a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from Southern Methodist University.
