Chelsea Lena Girard is a 20-year-old Journalist, book reviewer and reader. Residing in Windsor, ON, Chelsea has developed her passion for writing in high school where she began to express herself through spoken word poetry and short stories. After being diagnosed with depression and anxiety, Girard grew fond of the idea to express herself through written poetry in order to share her story, thoughts and journey to those who suffer with mental illnesses as well.
