Chinedu Udeze is a writer and engineer based in Lagos, Nigeria. Trained as a Chemical Engineer, he has spent recent years working at the intersection of AI and language — evaluating and shaping the data that trains intelligent systems — while also co-founding an IT training business and building products of his own. That same curiosity about how systems, and minds, work runs through his fiction. The Certainty Trap, his debut novel, is a psychological mystery that unravels what happens when the things we're most sure of turn out to be wrong. When he's not writing or building, Chinedu stays closely engaged with his community and family in Lagos, and never misses a football match.
