Christopher Conti is a former Fortune 300 senior operations executive. He was most recently a member of the Senior Leadership Team of American Family Group where he held the position of Enterprise Chief Claims Officer, President of AFICS (American Family Insurance Claims Services) until retiring in January of 2023. In that role, he led the consolidation of 5 claims operations and created the claims services company, AFICS. His impact was significant including reducing claims operating expense, improving customer and agent satisfaction, and accelerating digital technology innovation across the auto and property insurance lines, all while improving employee engagement. In 2023, Fast Company named AFICS/AmFam Group one of the top 100 most innovative companies to work. He brings a passion to organizational transformation, technology innovation, and leadership development. He has written, developed, and taught on the subject. Through his involvement with the Initiative for a Competitive Inner City, he is dedicated to using his experience to support small businesses in underserved communities with access to capital, customers, and consulting services to enable economic growth. He also a member of the Save Popponesset Bay Association and a sponsor of charitable work through The Boston Foundation. He is available for advisory, consulting, and speaking engagements.
