Chris Chambers is a leader, strategist, and a self-described ‘work in progress’ from Oklahoma. After a distinguished military career spanning Air Force Program Management and serving as an Army Air Defense Artillery Officer, he transitioned to the beautiful chaos of civilian leadership. He learned quickly that while you can’t always order people to follow you, you can always earn the right to lead them. Whether serving as an HOA president, a corporate project manager, or a father and husband at the “Hearth”, Chris has spent his life studying the invisible mechanics of influence. He is a firm believer in the power of leaders without titles who keep the world spinning through radical ownership, a strong spine, and a humble heart. When he isn’t writing, developing processes, or cheering on college athletics, Chris is focused on mentoring the next generation of leaders. He and his wife, Kristie, have raised two independent, principled sons who are visionary leaders themselves. Chris holds a BS in Chemistry, an MA in Organizational Leadership, and three PM certifications. As of the publishing of Earned Influence, he is an MA candidate in Sociology—always a student of the game, dedicated to leaving every woodpile higher and drier than he found it.
