Carmine J. Scarpa is a retired municipal attorney residing in New Jersey. Prior to becoming an attorney, he was employed as a commercial artist and performed as a musician and vocalist. Since obtaining his Juris Doctor in 1983, his artistic endeavors became increasingly important to him. In 2001, Mr. Scarpa received the H. Juergen Thieck Memorial Award for Photography from the New Jersey Center for Visual Arts in Summit, New Jersey.
