Thanks to all those who assisted me in making these books available. At the time these were made for PRINTING, black ink on white paper, and used that format in some new and exciting ways. I see that they are now available as e-books, but I have yet to see how this is done and how they look - they were certainly not intended for colour screens and I have yet to check these pdf versions for formatting...
