Doug Steppe has a varied background that includes his tour in Vietnam during 1967-1968, and afterwards over forty years of experience as an electrical designer working for engineering firms around the country. Over the years the interest in writing developed. Doug's first work was a coming of age book, Second Place Finish that occurred during the '50's and 60's and also covered his tour of duty in Vietnam. Additional works include his books on Christian faith and of fiction that cover some of the mystery of life and relationships.
