D R Clark is an author, composer, and songwriter. His first works were created for the Steampunk community, of which he has been a long-standing member. Along with the stories, he recorded CDs with original music inspired by the characters from the novels. During covid, steampunk venues closed, and Clarke turned his attention to the Grimdark Fantasy genre and continued writing, finishing two books. He has started the process of producing two more books in the Grimdark genre and one more in Steampunk. D R Clarke published his first novel in 2014 and has completed five books and three CDs at this time. An avid reader once remarked, “You can always tell your reading a D R Clarke story; the characters are just like you and me.”
