Dr. Laura Schlottman
Dr. Laura Schlottman is passionate about sharing resources and supporting school leaders in their journey to transform education. With over 15 years of experience in K–12 public school education, she brings a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within our schools. As a first-generation college graduate, Dr. Schlottman knows firsthand the life-changing power of education and is committed to helping others access that same opportunity. Now serving as an Assistant Professor at Montana State University, she focuses on training and mentoring the next generation of school leaders. Her mission is to empower educators to create inclusive, inspiring learning environments that spark growth, equity, and lasting impact for every student.
