As an author, military veteran, activist, speaker, teacher, wife, mother, radio show producer, television host, and podcaster. My experiences from the positions I held as a soldier, graduate of two business schools, and receiving my bachelor's and masters in between working as an insurance clerk, union secretary, union representative, correction officer, drill instructor, officiate, insurance agent, president of two organizations and the first Black female Vice Commander of American Legion Camp Stafford Post 50. These are my accomplishments, goals, and dreams that I am very proud of. If I believed all the negative things I had fed myself, none of these would have been possible. As an Empowerment Life Coach, I focus on my clients to identify their limiting beliefs and preconceived notions that may be stopping them from reaching their goals.
