Under her pen name, Endreketta, she writes from memories inspired by places, people, and creatures who matter the most to her, choosing to share those treasured impressions with her readers. Her drawings complement her words giving her readers a visual story-telling experience. In her own words: "I have always enjoyed writing and drawing. Telling stories seems as natural as breathing to me. When my children were younger, our bedtime rituals nearly always included a quickly made up, off the top of my head tale to help them relax and fall asleep. As of 2019, I have the opportunity to realize my dream of being an author and illustrator writing both children's stories and poem collections.
