Frank Daniel “Bud” Conn is retired from the military and also from a major aerospace contractor. He graduated from the University of Nebraska in 1973, and obtained a Master’s Degree from Gonzaga University in 1977. He also graduated from the USAF School of Aerospace Medicine in Bioenvironmental Engineering.
