Fiona Dimas-Herd is a leading Educator & Behavioral Strategist with +24yrs extensive experience teaching, delivering training programs & working with individuals to develop their emotional intelligence. From teenagers through to adults, she teaches, guides, coaches & facilitates the development of new behavioral strategies enabling individuals to get the best from themselves & those around them. As an educator she has a wealth of experience across discipline areas having designed & delivered alternate education programs for teenagers as well as training for adults and other Educators. She founded the YOYO (Youth Options Youth Outcomes) program in 1999 & has held leadership positions in the Vocational Education & Training sector. She is particularly interested in facilitating the development of resilience, optimism & values & how these effect a young person’s success in education & life.
