Mike Henry is a playwright and non-fiction writer. He brings a unique perspective that digs deeply into the human condition. In graduate school, he applied himself to Applied Theatre for the Young (MFA) and MDiv (Master of Divinity) coursework and completed a degree in education (MA-Ed). He spent decades reaching young audiences in radio and stage performance. He developed mentoring programs through AmeriCorps and taught comedy performance and creative writing workshops, mentoring and discipleship seminars, and many courses for public and private schools. He is the founder of Flinthead Productions. He earned a Doctor of Ministry degree and soon afterward retired from church ministry. He currently serves as a Social Studies teacher at an inner-city school in Dayton, Ohio.
