Alan "Frank" Rose was born in Great Yarmouth, England in 1956. He is a retired IT Manager, and a huge fan of Norwich City and David Bowie. His first children's novel is "Stinky Towers and the Claw of Doom". The Stinky Tower series of stories about Emma Truffle, her family and friends and the constant battle with Baron von Stinkbomb are based on bedtime stories he told to his two children Helen and Georgina as they grew up. His first cat was called Ginger, and appears in his stories with magical telepathic powers and a strange sense of humour and mischief. Two more novels are in the pipeline; "Stinky Towers and the Flying Circus" and "Stinky Towers and the Green Dragon" due for release later in 2017/18.
