Gabrielle Garofalo is the creator of the JOYHeals™ practice and a leading voice in the movement to bring joy back into how we live, work, connect, and lead. With over 25 years in advertising, branding, and global media, she has produced events and campaigns for iconic names including Oprah Winfrey, Vogue, Vanity Fair, Billboard, GE, MetLife, and Netflix. She served as Global Director of Branded Content at The Wall Street Journal, leading teams across New York, London, and Beijing, and later owned and operated the Harvest on the Harbor food festival in Portland, Maine. In 2018, Gabrielle made a transformative shift, integrating her corporate expertise with extensive training in coaching, meditation, yoga Nidra, EFT, and trauma-informed practices. Her neuroscience-informed JOYHeals™ framework offers 15 practical pathways to reduce stress, restore presence, and cultivate sustainable joy. JOYHeals, What If It Could Be Easy? is her first book.
