I have over 20 years of Corporate finance and transaction deals and lead GEMM Business Consultants Limited and GEMM GCC limited, both a boutique advisory companies located in Nicosia, Cyprus and Abu Dhabi, UAE respectively.. I started my career in shipping managing the operations of companies owning tanker and bulk carrier ocean going vessels. Following my shipping career, I moved to KPMG Larnaca as a senior manager in the deal advisory department. I have completed  numerous engagements with clients ranging from small family-owned businesses to big public companies and government organizations. Currently I am the Founder and CEO of GEMM and co-founder of GEMM GCC limited, both of which are specialised in Corporate Finance, M&A transaction and ESG & Sustainability professional management services typically advising clients before and during the execution of a transaction, financing of new projects, equity issues and IPOs, preparation of business plans, equity & portfolio investment valuations, restructurings and reorganisations.  I am currently an International Partner of the World Business Angel Investing Forum ("WBAF") and a member of the Global Startup Committee of WBAF representing Cyprus. Lastly but not least I am the author of a book with title Startup capital - Navigating Venture Capital, Private Equity and Angel Investing.
