I'm a personal chef and traveler always ready to learn and innovate for my audience. I've always been passionate about cooking, I find it extremely gratifying, especially when is done for others. To sum up my biography, at first I graduated in a school for hoteliers in Lecce, Apulia(Italy), next I was hired as cook for 'Italo' (A major chain restaurants in Italy and Europe). Now I work as personal chef in Italy and I wander for business all over Europe and United States (under kind request). My granfather is American, but rest of my family is Italian. My mission is to inspire people with my passion for cooking.
