Robert C. Bell is a former educator, who worked for many years with Service Children's Education. He has been especially interested in how life in military families presents special challenges and opportunities for teaching and learning. As a child in a military family, he gained some personal insight into the challenges. As a teacher, he was keenly aware of the intercultural opportunities. He now lives and writes in Windsor, Berkshire.
